Entertainment Weekly is set to release the first images of the Carrie reboot starring Chloe Moretz in their upcoming issue, but they have kindly posted the photos online first. I'm happy with this so far so hopefully it isn't disappointing.
Movie news, movie reviews, and basically whatever else I want to talk about. Come on in and join the party.

These look great, thanks for posting them. I had no idea that Carrie was being remade until I overheard several of my co-workers at Dish discussing whether it’s going to be a remake of the original movie or follow the book more directly. I personally haven’t read the book, but I do remember Sissy Spacek doing a wonderful job with the role. I’ll have to hit it up on Dishonline.com to refresh my memory on the rest of the movie, but I’m right there with you on hoping the new one is done well.
ReplyDeleteWhat I have heard so far is the remake is going to be closer to the book and will have a more modern twist to it. What the means exactly makes me a bit nervous but I loved the book. The original movie with Sissy Spacek strayed from the book in a few areas but it is a classic. I will give this one a chance mainly because I love Chloe Moretz so much. I haven't seen anything bad from her yet and she has a pretty decent resume for being only 15.
