UPDATE: E. Roger Mitchell joins Catching Fire

E. Roger Mitchell (The Crazies, Battle: Los Angeles) has been cast as Chaff in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Chaff is a former victor from District 11.

As with the other posts about the Catching Fire casting, don't read below the jump if you haven't read the books. That way the characters and the story won't get spoiled.




So Chaff...

Chaff is from District 11 and won the 45th Hunger Games.
Despite losing his hand in his Hunger Games he refused a prosthetic and still participated in the Quarter Quell.
He was one of the few who knew of the rebellion plan prior to the Quarter Quell.
Referred to as a troublemaker.
He was killed by Brutus while trying to protect Peeta during the Quarter Quell.
