Skylar Astin returning for Pitch Perfect 2

Looks like the new leader of the Treble Makers is going to come back for some more. Skylar Astin has been confirmed for Pitch Perfect 2. Astin played Jesse, the loveable singer and romantic interest of Anna Kendrick's character, Beca.

Astin has been the star of the TBS comedy, Ground Floor, which was recently renewed for a second season. He joins returning cast members Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Elizabeth Banks, and Brittany Snow along with newcomers to the franchise Hailee Steinfeld and Katey Sagal. Pitch Perfect 2 opens in theaters on May 15, 2015.
