Rumors are floating around Batman v Superman (duh) regarding who is playing The Flash. Word has it that Scott McNairy is playing the speedy hero, Barry Allen.
McNairy was spotted on the set of Batman v Superman wearing green fabric on his calves. If you know anything about digital replacement, the green fabric is used for CGI effects and other digital enhancements so naturally the rumors have hit saying the fabric is being used to give him the appeal of being fast.
BvS is being kept completely under wraps so it is impossible to really guess what McNairy was doing on set or what the green legs are for, but if he does wind up playing The Flash I don't think it would be a bad thing. I have never disliked him.
