Here is a list of all the movies that will be at San Diego Comic-Con this year:

The "rumored" section is just that. Fox has yet to announce their panels or previews, but the best bets on what will be featured are the three movies listed. If I'm wrong I will correct it once Fox catches up with everyone else and announces their panels.
