These delays and schedule shifts are killing me. It's starting to get ridiculous.
Insidious 2 was originally set to be released in August 30, 2013 but it will now be released on September 20, 2013... well, I guess I should say "supposed to be released on." For all we know they could decide to delay this until 2014 at the last minute.
Apparently they are citing the fact that James Wan is still busy trying to complete The Conjuring which is set for a July 2013 release, I believe.
Insidious 2 is still in production and currently filming in Los Angeles. Returning actors for the sequel include Patrick Wilson, Rose Byrne, Ty Simpkins, Lin Shaye, and Barbara Hershey.
