Christoph Waltz (Django Unchained) and Chris Pine (Star Trek) is apparently being courted by the studio to star as a father/son pair of horrible employers in Horrible Bosses 2. Speculators are guessing Waltz will most likely turn the project down due to scheduling conflicts, but there is no word on whether Pine is interested or not.
I think this sounds too similar to the pairing of Donald Sutherland and Colin Farrell in the first movie, except in the first one Sutherland was a good boss but died and left the company to his "dipshit, coke-head son."
Horrible Bosses 2 has Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, and Charlie Day all returning. It is set for release on November 26, 2014.
[UPDATE] Chris Pine has been confirmed for Horrible Bosses 2 as of October 14th. He will play one half of a father and son team that steals a main character's idea for an invention.
Movie news, movie reviews, and basically whatever else I want to talk about. Come on in and join the party.

Horrible Bosses 2 gets 2014 release date
Horrible Bosses 2 has received an official release date!
Sean Anders' sequel to the hilarious 2011 comedy will be released on November 26, 2014. It will face-off against the Fox animated film, Home, at the box office and will try to take away the second weekend numbers from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. The sequel will have returning actors Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, and Jason Sudeikis and has been written by John Morris and Sean Anders.
I personally loved Horrible Bosses so I am really excited for more. I am a bit curious how they are going to do this, though. Are they now the hated bosses or do they have new bosses to hate on?
