After being in a coma for days, legendary comedian Joan Rivers has passed away at the age of 81. Rivers suffered cardiac arrest during an outpatient procedure on her vocal chords and had been unconscious since. Health officials were in the process of bringing her out of a medically induced coma, but Rivers remained on life support.
Rivers had broke onto the scene as a guest host for The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and was also a fashion icon for red carpet shows with her daughter, Melissa, and hosted the show Fashion Police. She has been mocking her own life as well as everyone else for the past five decades and was incredibly funny. Hopefully she and Robin Williams are making people laugh wherever they are.
Movie news, movie reviews, and basically whatever else I want to talk about. Come on in and join the party.
