Chloe Moretz to join the cast of Maggie

Chloe Moretz has joined the cast of yet another upcoming horror flick titled Maggie. The basic plot of the film is as follows:

"Set against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse, the story concerns a father's unconditional love for his 16-year old daughter Maggie as she becomes infected by a zombie."

 Apparently this film will feature zombies who take months to fully change as opposed to our current zombies in shows like The Walking Dead who morph into the undead within minutes or hours. Production on Maggie is aiming to begin this September.


Personally... I am down for this. I like seeing Chloe take on more horror roles. I think it's a good habitat for her. She was fantastic in Let Me In and has also been cast as the new Carrie in the upcoming reboot.
