I have avoided this for a couple days but I felt I should post it after all.
The newest rumor on the rumor mill regarding the new Star Wars trilogy Disney is shoving down our throats is this... Matthew Vaughn (Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class) is in talks to direct Star Wars: Episode VII. If this is true it could potentially give good reason why he dropped out of the director's chair for X-Men: Days of Future Past and basically gave the job to Bryan Singer.
Let me stress again that this is just a rumor and although there are quite a few sources pushing this story it hasn't been confirmed yet. Treat it as such.
In other Star Wars news, the only old cast member that has really come out there and said they would reprise their role is Harrison Ford (of course). He expressed interest in returning as Han Solo. EW reported that Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill are also interested in returning but I think Harrison Ford is the most pushy with it. Especially after what happened with the newest Indiana Jones flick that was absolutely terrible.
Movie news, movie reviews, and basically whatever else I want to talk about. Come on in and join the party.
