I try and keep up with movies, especially ones with a lot of hype, but there was a recent one that I just never saw... The Hurt Locker.
I got it in the mail today via Netflix and let me tell you, this is one intense movie. It has a different approach than other war movies have. It's not just a bunch of combat scenes where you see people's legs getting blown off and shit for 25 minutes. It is stressful and I think quite realistic. I work with the military and have friends who have been deployed over there. Comparing descriptions and stories I have personally listened to... I applaud this movie.
If you never saw it you should watch it. Definitely worth the time.
Movie news, movie reviews, and basically whatever else I want to talk about. Come on in and join the party.
